Terms of service.

Orders are accepted if the products in your cart are available and your payment method is authorized for that particular transaction. Your credit card or PayPal account will be charged automatically when you place your order. As soon as your payment is received and your order has been dispatched, we will email you to confirm that your purchase is on the way. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be given a full refund. Items that are in stock will be shipped within 1-3 business days of payment being received. If there is a back order on a product, we will contact you by email as soon as possible.

Please note that the prices shown on the website do not include shipping or delivery fees. This is calculated once the product is added to your cart and the state and/or country of residence is entered. Any taxes outside of the United States are the responsibility of the customer and not the responsibility of Janina & Josefina.
