Restringing Services
If you have a necklace or bracelet that needs repair, or are interested in splitting/combining necklaces and/or bracelets, please consider our restringing service. You will send (or local drop-off) your item(s) to us, we will repair it for you and send them back (free of charge in US)! Please allow a 2-week turn-around time once we receive your item(s). (Our normal turn-around time is usually much faster than 2 weeks.).

If your necklace or bracelet is in need of a new or different clasp, string/chain/elastic, or additional components, we will discuss and coordinate with you to confirm preferences prior to completing services. Additional fees may apply.

$15.00 for necklaces up to 22" in length. If necklace is longer, please ask for pricing.Additional features available. Additional fees may apply.

We cannot repair jewelry that has been crushed during transit, so please package your broken jewelry well before shipping to us.
All unused materials from the original piece(s) will be returned to you unless discussed otherwise.

Reimagining Consultation
and Services
Do you have an amber necklace or bracelet that you inherited from a family member but don’t often wear because it “isnt’ your style”? I know I do. Do you have something that you would like to repurpose to gift to others? Let us help you to reimagine the item into a piece (or pieces) that you would wear and is your style or suits your needs.

Consultation discussion is FREE. During the initial consultation we will discuss what you have and what you hope to accomplish with reimagining it into jewelry that you would wear. During our consultation, we will discuss what is possible based on our skills, knowledge, and available supplies. Additional materials and supplies can be outsourced for additional cost. Recreation timeline will also be discussed during consultation, as we like to complete your projects within a reasonable turn-around time. Discussion of and agreement on cost of services will be completed in advance of any services being rendered.
If we are able to meet your needs and you choose to use our services, costs will be discussed based on what kind of design is being created and how many pieces will be made with the item you are reimagining.

Starting price is $20.00 for first piece of jewelry plus cost for supplies required to achieve your recreated piece. Each additional piece of jewelry is $2-$10, depending on item (i.e. earrings, necklace, bracelet, etc). Additional costs will be dependent on amount of work and supplies required to achieve your recreated piece(s). Additional materials and supplies can be outsourced for additional cost.
Following the initial free consultation, a quote will be provided within 3-5 business days to finalize cost of project.
